WEST ARENA PROPERTY

Update November 5, 2015:

Bonterra is pleased to report that it has received assay results from the first hole of phase 1 drilling at the Company’s Gladiator gold project located in the Abitbi Subprovince, north of Val d’Or, Quebec.  The first hole encountered the main zone at 175 meters below surface, intersecting 14.0 g/t gold over 6.6 meters. This included a high-grade section of 104.5 g/t over 0.8 meters where numerous flecks of visible gold were observed.  Drilling continues to extend the zone down plunge with further results expected in the coming weeks.

The zone is described by company geologists as a highly silicified and altered sheared mafic volcanic, locally exhibiting intrusions of syenite and quartz porphyry.  Smoky quartz veining also occurs locally containing the bulk of the mineralization and free gold, as well as tourmaline and chlorite occupying fractures. The alteration zone is pervasive between 210 and 220 meters with the mineralized portion occupying 210.6 to 216.7 meters.  Mineralization consists of minor (trace to 2%) pyrite, chalcopyrite and yellow sphalerite throughout but especially in and near the contacts with the quartz veining.

 

This property is host to the current resource defined by Snowden’s 43-101 Report.

 

The deposit is open along strike and down dip within the Spartacus Trend. In addition to the Spartacus Trend, excellent potential exists along the Crixus and Gannicus Trend. During Bonterra’s 2012 drilling campaign, several high-grade gold intercepts along the Crixus Trend where drilled; attesting to the envisioned blue-sky potential along these parallel trends.

A majority of the upcoming drilling campaign will be performed on this property to accomplish several tasks:

• Expand on inferred resources.
• Define towards indicated resources.
• Identify additional blue-sky potential.

In addition to drilling, further analysis on the existing core is required, specifically, the host rock between the high-grade veins. This will accomplish a better understanding of the host rock potential for additional resources. This knowledge will aid in the company's approach to exploration and update/enhance the block model which will help envision future mining scenarios. Therefore, an old core-cutting and analysis program will be implemented.
