| Vancouver, BC - November 2, 2010: BonTerra Resources Inc. (BTR: TSXV) (the "Company") announces that it has entered into an option agreement with an arm's length vendor to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in a property package which is within the claim group and adjacent to First Gold Exploration Inc.'s ("First Gold") Pivert/Rose property. The 40 claims total approximately 2,063 hectares and are contiguous to First Gold's (EFG:TSX.V) Pivert/Rose property, bordering on the southeast ad in the general area of First Gold's recent drill results. The claims cover the same general geology as ground owned by First Gold as outlined on the GESTIM on-line staking service. President, Mitchell Adam states, "We very pleased to have increased our property portfolio in a region that has garnered much recent market attention in the very hot rare earth elements and lithium market. We now have assembled a very sizable Quebec portfolio with the addition of these claims. It is a perfect fit to the claims which were already acquired from Terrax last March and border to the West of the Pivert Rose discovery. We intend to simultaneously drill the Urban Barry property while we develop a program for this exciting new property." Terms of the transaction are as follows:
