| May 26, 2009 Bonterra Resources Inc. Completes Acquisition | |
BonTerra Resources Inc., further to it's news release in Stockwatch dated April 22, 2009, has completed the acquisition of Symphony Resources Inc., a private Nevada corporation, and 0819904 B.C. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Symphony. Under the terms of the share exchange agreement, BonTerra purchase all of the 10 million issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of Symphony from the shareholders of Symphony in consideration for BonTerra issuing 10 million common shares to such shareholders (on the basis of one BonTerra share for each Symphony share issued and outstanding). BonTerra also issued 850,000 common shares as a finder's fee in connection with the acquisition. The BonTerra shares issued pursuant to the acquisition are subject to a hold period as required by applicable securities laws. | |
